SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping to Australia
Estimated transit time to Australia is 8–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take a few days to update.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Delivery issues
