TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview
This online store is operated by ShoreRove and is hosted by Shopify. These Terms of Service apply when you visit the store, use its features, or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. Information provided at checkout must be complete and accurate. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

2. Product information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions and availability accurately. Display settings may cause colours or appearance to vary slightly. Product information and availability may be updated when necessary.

3. Orders, prices and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment problems, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount charged for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are displayed before payment where available.

4. Order changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping arrangements and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Problems with an order
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at shaunhunz@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details. We will investigate the issue. Any remedy will depend on the circumstances and the rights and obligations that apply to the transaction.

7. Acceptable use
You may use this store only for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, collect other users’ information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use false or misleading information.

8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the store content, branding, text, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to ShoreRove. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Third-party services and Shopify
The store may use services supplied by Shopify and other third parties, including payment, analytics and delivery services. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of products purchased from ShoreRove. Third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments and fulfil orders.

11. Disclaimer and liability
We do not guarantee that access to the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, ShoreRove is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any right, remedy, guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
